Discover the Milky Way spilling onto a railway, at an abandoned train station in Yangpyeong where time decided to pause
Also known as a filming spot of the Korean film ‘Architecture 101,’ Gudun Station was built in 1940 for transportation of supplies under the Japanese occupation. Although the station stopped its operations in 2012, the still remaining train, time table poster, and railway create a charming ambience. Entering the inside of Gudun Station has an agenda to follow, but the locations is also somewhere to enjoy the Milky Way outdoors during the night. What do you say to a dream night, where you peacefully walk along an old railway, and look up to the night sky’s shining stars?
