Lotus Roasting Lab is a coffee roasting factory and espresso bar operated by a married couple, extremely active in the Korean coffee industry. The Lotus Roasting Lab in Sindang-dong is located somewhere most people won’t expect a cafe to be be. The interior design of the cafe, designed by the operator, is full of calm wooden furniture, warm lighting, and unique drawings.
