Reservations are mandatory, and can be done face to face or through phone calls. It is necessary to note that most main menus require you to reserve them in advance, including the restaurant’s Mongolian beef, dongpo pork, and shrimp toasts. The signature menu of MOKRAN is undoubtedly its dongpo pork, which is unbelievably tender having been cooked for more than six hours. The shrimp toasts are also a strong recommendation, where you can enjoy fresh shrimps served in between crispy bread toasts.
