Located in Gijang of Busan, Nanro Hoedam is a splendid Korean barbecue restaurant designed in a traditional hanok building. The restaurant was inspired by the ‘Nanrohoe,’ which was a secret gathering culture of Joseon’s noble men to enjoy barbecue together. The place’s juicy and rich meat, aged for 168 hours, is then smoked in a pot and grilled in a Korean traditional plate. Nanro Hoedam’s meat is served with sixteen types of vegetables, while it also offers side dishes including kimchi noodles and soy bean paste soup. The restaurant will present you an opportunity to taste genuine Korean barbecue, in a 100-year-old hanok building in Busan.
