PUNG-NEW is an iconic Korean dining bar, housed in a traditional hanok building with an elegant atmosphere. The bar is a place where you can enjoy a variety of traditional Korean food and liquor. You will first be welcomed by PUNG-NEW’s entrance where a beautiful water fall stands. After you enter the restaurant, you will meet a charming bar table that resembles the shape of the Poseokjeong Pavilion. It is quite entertaining to pull up your apéritif that is delivered to you through the water flowing on the table. PUNG-NEW offers a handful of Korean dining options that go along perfectly well with liquor. Examples include perilla oil mak-guksu, or hanwoo tartare served with pollock roe and ecklonia cava rice balls. If you’re interested in Korean aesthetics or cuisine, PUNG-NEW would be a perfect dining place for you.
