An invitation to Hwaseong's parade on its local ocean culture
Taking place from June 9th to June 11th, 2023, the Hwaseong Boating Festival is a hopeful local festival where everyone can enjoy the ocean and its culture together. The festival hosts a handful of entertainment factors, including the ‘Pungnyudan Sail’ where you can enjoy ocean festivals on a yacht, the ‘Sea Excursion Group’ where you can ride a yacht and cable car all together, and the ‘Envoy of Wind’ which is a delightful street dance parade. Other than that, the Hwaseong Boating Festival also hosts music performances and plogging experiences. Entrance to the festival is free, but you may be charged depending on the experiences you wish to participate. Finally, it is recommended to enjoy both the day and night of the local festival.
