A crystal clear and ice cold water stream, discovered between the Dobongsan and Bukhansan Mountains
The Uidong Valley is a destination crowded during March and April with university field trips, as well as during the hot summer with local residents. The valley stream boasts crystal clear and ice cold water. You will be able to forget the hotness of Korea’s Seoul, simply by sitting on a rock at the Uidong Valley and breathing in fresh air. There are numerous restaurants located around the valley stream, but the signature specialty of the destination is its summer chicken porridge. Since the stream is located within the Bukhansan National Park, consider having a light hike before or after visiting the valley.
