The final resistance point of Goryeo's Sambyeolcho
Jeju Island's Hangpaduri Hangmong Historic Site is recorded as the final resistance point of Goryeo's Sambyeolcho forces against the Mongolian army in the late 13th century. Like so, the site is an important historical location, but is also renowned for its beautiful buckwheat flowers. It is a perfect place, as a result, to both learn history and take beautiful photos with flowers. There are not too many visitors in the Hangpaduri Hangmong Historic Site, which makes it a perfect destination for those who desire a quiet Jeju trip.
