The Sangsodong Forest Preserve, well known as an autumn destination in Daejeon, turns into an ice park during the winter. The forest's beautiful ice cliff and snow-covered stone towers and perfect winter photo spots, and sled-riding is available on its slopes. Rooting back from 2003, the Sangsodong Forest Preserve's ice park extends for 190 meters, and is available from December to mid-February every winter.
